Dan is awesome. We've been using him for years on both our home and rental. He is so easy to work with. We have him scheduled to come out every 3 months. He text us a day or two before to let us know when he will be out, we receive and invoice, and I pay the invoice. Easy Peasy! Never had any kind of bug issue since using Dan.
