My professional exterminator has been with me for the last three years, and he is nothing less than amazing. He is reliable, dependable, a joy to have come into my home, and I would recommend him to anyone. Although Burns pest elimination is a good company, it’s only made from the people within, and Tom Draper is that guy.

Bed bugs are terrible. I do few reviews, but Burns Pest Elimination, in our case Connor and with him the Bed Bug Beagle, Houston, did an outstanding job of helping us through a very difficult process. He was patient and professional answering countless questions during the several weeks it takes to eradicate the problem. They did a very good job and have out highest recommendation.

I would highly recommend Harley! He provided excellent service, was very thorough and extremely accommodating. He communicated clearly the issues we had, how to resolve them and how long it would take. We are very pleased with Burns, and we really appreciated working with Dan & Harley.

It's a bit pricey for the initail, but it's so worth the money with all the service you receive. Our service tech is Joseph Bejarano he is the best and gets the 5 stars. If you have Pack rats and mice, you have probably experienced pricey repair bills for the wires and other things they chew though. So compared the price for the service is great.
