Best service I’ve worked with. They text in advance, check in with me on how things have been since the last visit and what I’d like them to focus on, and then get the job done. Daniel our current tech was no exception to the full customer experience. Never see bugs around here! Highly highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Jeff. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He arrived on time, was thorough with his work, and made sure all of my concerns were addressed. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and attention to detail. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers. I highly recommend him to anyone…

Jeff responded to our HOA request for service on very short notice, within an hour. He quickly found and exterminated the hornets that had been bothering the nearby neighbors and landscapers. Excellent service. Professional and friendly.

Property Pest Control are a fantastic company. I've had them come by twice now because the company my HOA currently pays to provide pest control services has been doing a horrible job. This time I had Jeffrey helping me and he was just as helpful and informative and professional as the last individual who helped me from property pest control. He gave me a lot of tips and advice for what I can do to keep the bugs out …

Service specialist, Nathan was great! His attention to detail and time spent at our home spraying and removing webs from the eaves was a welcome surprise. He listened intently to the issues we were having and acted with care to address them. Really great service provided.
