It was rocky at first! But Paul was patient and attentive to every detail!! State Farm(insurance) was a little difficult to communicate with, but Paul was able to handle that with Grace!! These guys were absolutely fantastic. Did an initial free-of-charge patch job, then worked through entire roof replacement process with insurance adjuster which ended up costing us nothing out of pocket. Communication was top notch, quality of work stellar, and friendly customer service unlike any company I've dealt with. Would recommend without hesitation.
