We are thrilled with our new back door! It brought the outside in to our home and opened up the space beautifully. The entire experience was so seamless. We met with Daniel the salesman at the showroom. They have a fantastic showroom. So great to see the doors and windows in person. Daniel was so thorough in explaining every detail of the installation process and really put our mind at ease that everything would be d…

UPDATED 2/2/26 I had the pleasure of working with Brad Penner to set up my house with new windows, slider, and front doors. His approach with everything was spot on. Professional, on time, and truly listened to what I was looking for. No high pressure/ shady tactics. Just a very knowledgeable person about what he does. I was able to quickly zero in on what I wanted. Made a few additions, and subtractions but he wa…

He's definitely a window e…

We ended up getting a sliding glass door. The Quality is Great! And we are very happy. It's so much nicer than our other sliding glass door. The warranty's they offe…

It took several months to receive a ProVia door due manufacture delay. Had a few hiccups at install. Once install day arrived was not happy that peep hole wasn't set to my height but a standard 58". The salesman should had set it to 64" like on my old door was. To bad this door can't be sent back and re-done with correct height of peep hole. It looks odd to be set this low and would not suggest this height for any…
