I’ve been working with Pacific Automation for a while now, and I can’t recommend them enough. I recently purchased a Canon imagePROGRAF PRO-6600 printer from them, and the entire experience was flawless. The printer was delivered exactly as promised, and they even provided complimentary training, which was incredibly helpful. Ryan Eades, the Field Sales Manager, is by far the best sales professional I’ve ever worked…

If you're looking for false promises, poor customer service, and the frustration of dealing with incompetent staff, then this is the company for you. My experience has been extremely disappointing and stressful from start to finish. If I had the option to break my contract, I would do so immediately.

Extremely disappointed with our experience. Communication and follow-up have been consistently poor, and promises made during the leasing process have not been honored. Unfortunately, once the lease was signed, it felt like customer service and accountability completely disappeared. I would not recommend this company based on our experience.

We did not receive the printer we wanted. It doesn't fit in the space and it doesn't always work. In order to terminate our lease they are requesting $700. This company is a scam.
