I called Complete Water Systems after researching who can provide service to my RO system and water softener. Spoke with the owner on the phone, very knowledgeable. The tech called on the morning of the service to confirm the time and scope of work. He arrived early/ on time and had all necessary tools for the job. Very knowledgeable and professional. He did excellent work and answered my questions. Use them if you…

I had a great experience with this company. My old tankless water heater blew up (literally) and I got several quotes to install a replacement. CWS wasn't necessarily the cheapest, but they were the most sensible and trustworthy. Some places gave an estimate without even seeing the work, and others wanted me to pay to even get an estimate. We chose complete water system after several bids. They provided excellent service from our intial contact to installation. Their water softener product, when carefully reviewed, was equal or better to most competitors and at a significantly lower price. Installation went very smoothly and technician was very professional, on time and did a great job. Would highly recommend.

There was great customer service from the first call through appointment making and confirmation and when Brian came to the house he was kind on time and knowledgeable. There was a lot of trust built through his integrity and recommendations. If you're looking for a…
