Electrician came out same day I called. He was very friendly and professional. He took his time to assess the situation to ensure everything was reviewed before giving me their professional opinion about what it was I needed. I was in need of all new breakers as mine were greasy and past their prime. He left for a short time to gather the remaining supplies he needed but came back quickly and got to work. He got them…

I had two great experiences with Penguin Air these last few weeks. The first one was Oct. 9th with Mike coming within two days after I called because my hot water tank wasn’t working. They would have come sooner, but I said a couple days was no problem. Mike made sure it was totally unrepairable before having to replace the whole thing. l appreciated that, but knew it was time. Jason, our plumber from penguin was fantastic! I could tell this was a good company from how cordial reception was when I called for service. So professional and pleasant. Jason arrived and he was by far one of the most helpful, genuine plumbers I’ve ever worked with. He explained his recommendations very well and was determined to find the right solutions for us. We greatly appreciated his professionalism and the wa…

We did receive a follow up call from a Penguin associate inquiring about booking. I did b…

Issue is pricing $1.7k ($1.9k Before 10% membership discount) remove a sink & faucet, install a new sink & faucet (I provided) with minor plumbing tweaks and reusing existing garbage disposal; is excessively high especially the work in similar scopes would have been a $950-1100 max for labor/ser…
