We were fortunate enough to work with Hunter Griggs and his team for our total upstairs flooring remodel. We previously had varying carpet throughout the upstairs and foyer stairs that was quite dated. Hunter came out for a free consultation within 1-2 days of us expressing interest. He was able to take measurements the same day and get a feel for our needs and design style. He returned within the week with a number …

We worked with Hunter from the Indian school and the 51 location for wood flooring install. He was absolutely incredible to work with. There were several moving parts to our renovation, he was a great communicator, adaptable, and problem solved with us in the field. His installation team was amazing, really high-quality of work and very efficient. We are so in love with our new wood floors! Highly highly recommend!

Everyone was very nice. Unfortunately, it took some time to get the flooring to our house. We had a portion of our downstairs floor ripped up due to water damage. The installers did a great job on the floor, but a terrible job on the floorboards and caulking and painting. Kustom, Who over saw the project, had to spend two days repairing the floorboards. It’s been about three months and we never received extra floorin…

Never, ever work with Andy Faile at the Indian School location. The service he provided was horrendous. He did not send to us or our project manager our kitchen cabinetry layout or pricing (other than a non-itemized total). He did not return phone calls or answer texts. When our cabinets arrived, several were the wrong size and missing components. The entire experience dealing with Andy was a disaster.
