I had a very disappointing experience with this company during a recent AC service, which was especially surprising given my positive experience with them in August 2022 when they installed my AC unit. At that time, the service was professional, pricing was transparent, and the invoice provided a clear and detailed breakdown of costs. I see the company is under new ownership that would explain the poor customer service. Six years ago, Alan’s AC replaced my AC unit. Three years ago the until stopped working. While that seemed very expensive I paid it since they fixed the problem.…

He checked out the unit, which was 21 years old, and I determined that it would be a waste of money to pursue repairs…

Alan’s Air fixed an issue with my wiring, added R-22 to a couple units, and clean coils. Michael did a great job and he was forthright and fair.

The tech apologized and offered to do the service for free 3 weeks later ( a little annoying but hey free) when they came out the tech made my wife feel very uncomfortable and was pretty…
