We appreciated our technician, Walter, who was very professional, polite, knowledable and thorough. Being new customers, it was nice to feel that we could trust what we were being told.

Very fast, easy to work with, and felt honest. Not my usual experience with my First American home warranty AC contractors. Also was quite helpful in explaining my next steps

My home warranty company contracted CMI to repair my AC. They replaced the blower motor in the attic unit and it works fine now. The technicians were prompt, polite, and professional. I will get on their semi-annual preventative maintenance plan. I recommend this company.

Good luck getting ahold of them — they NEVER answer. 2 stars because the tech was nice, otherwise 1. My home warranty assigned them to an intermittent cooling issue, found “nothing wrong” despite the air being set to 77 but staying at 80/81. I have tried contacting them to let them know I’m still experiencing the problem but they don’t answer/phone disconnects & no voicemail option.

I can give this company a very low rating. Very bad customer service. The owner said he would call me back never did. The repair guy called me from the road to tell me he couldn’t fix it. Took four days to get here. It was through my home warranty, but still four days? On a air conditioner that wasn’t working at all in Arizona?
