Making the right decision would be easier if you do what everyone recommends that you do: “GET THREE ESTIMATES”. What takes work is doing research to narrow the field to three. I seriously cannot say enough good things about Cactus Mechanical. Our A/C went out last night, and having no air conditioning in Arizona is obviously not anyone’s idea of a good time! From the very beginning, their communication was incredible. Lisa in the office contacted me first thing this morning and was so kind, helpful, and communicative. Absolutely stellar service! Cactus did the complete installation of our three unit system when we did our gut renovation and massive addition in 2009. They’ve been servicing it ever since. Their work is excellent; their service is prompt and their prices are fair. Don’t hesitate to use these guys!
