Our pool was in bad condition Unbeknownst to us when we purchased the house we called Shasta as they were the original contractor on this pool. They sadly informed us that the pool could not be repaired and we had to start at Ground Zero. We talked it through with them and agreed to move forward. We cannot say enough great things about our experience with Shasta. Gary was our project manager and Nina was our coordinator and we are so lucky to have worked with both. They were so pleasant and the communication was fantastic. We remodeled our 21 year old pool and from the first meeting with Scott we knew we were in good hands. Update on turf issue: We were really grateful when Paul came out and said they could do a patch for us, even though it wasn’t covered under warranty.
